After dealing with some pretty terrible contractors in the past, working with John and his team at Renovation Houston was a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond our expectations to remodel our kitchen, bathroom and wood floors, and we are so thrilled with the outcome! They even found a way to hang our 4 story chandelier when no other electrician could figure it out. The crew was punctual, respectful and dedicated. His tile guy, Lee, is the best there is. They worked with us on pricing and got the job done quick. With the quality and detail they put into our house, not only was their work well worth it, it added greater value to our home itself. We are so happy with the final results. It feels like a brand new house!!

Im a month late writing about the wonderful experience we had with the team at Renovation Houston. From our first meeting with John Laing to the end of the project everything was completed on schedule. John is very organized and kept us up to date with text messages, emails and the occasional phone call. We knew who was coming, when to expect them and what they would be doing. It was no problem to save as much of my wall paper and flooring as possible. As a geologist, I was probably a bit obsessive about the stone for the counters but no one other than my husband pointed that out. The gentlemen who did the actual tile setting, counters, and plumbing answered questions and were professional, courteous and neat. We moved the tub 3 times before taking a final vote on its placement. When the final glass on the shower was installed we were thrilled with the result. I cant imagine a better group to work with when undertaking a remodel.
