Horrible experience. I hired these guys to remove a dog urine smell in my carpet (not bad but could smell if you pointed it out). Communication was bad from day one. Price drastically changed from when I spoke with Janet on the phone to when the two employees came out to my home. The original appointment time scheduled with Janet changed the night before and even the same morning the day they were suppose to come out. My carpet still smelt of dog urine after they performed their job. After calling for 6 days in a row asking for a manager who could assist in the price change and to, in the very least, resolve the dog urine odor that remained in the carpet after they performed their job Janet (owner and/or manager) denied quoting a lower price, exclaimed that it was my fault for signing off on the bill, and refused to come back out to my home to re-do the job their company did not complete.
