I made a mistake and posted a review to the wrong company. Sometimes we intend to hire one company, and then thumbtack offers several alternatives, technicians come out in unmarked cars, and we forget which company we are dealing with. Regardless, Brent gave me a call and patiently allowed me to describe what the "other company did" and then, without accusations, helped me understand how I had posted under the wrong company. Whoops! Anyway, given his communication style and patience, I'm totally going with ASAP HVAC in the future

Alex R. came out for our routine maintenance and did an excellent job. He was thorough, explained the condition of both our units in detailhighlighting both the good and the badand even checked our older second unit, which they didnt install. I appreciated receiving multiple quotes, ranging from comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs to just the essential services. Will be using them again.
