I'm a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer and this guy is great at what he does. Everything was done effortlessly by Mr. Melvin with the installation of my Nest 4th Gen Thermostat.
I am a woman who doesn't know much about HVAC. I told Mr. Melvin you are my HVAC guy from now on.
The funny thing about all of this is that my newly built home is still under warranty with another company that will not give me the time of day. You have to wait all day for them to show up. Genco is my go-to company now.
