I'm a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer and this guy is great at what he does. Everything was done effortlessly by Mr. Melvin with the installation of my Nest 4th Gen Thermostat. I am a woman who doesn't know much about HVAC. I told Mr. Melvin you are my HVAC guy from now on. The funny thing about all of this is that my newly built home is still under warranty with another company that will not give me the time of day. You have to wait all day for them to show up. Genco is my go-to company now.

Melvin showed up and beat another competitor’s price by $2200 for the same job that took less than 25 minutes. Thank God for people like this that are not out to screw the consumer by over charging. These big companies are not out for you best interest.
