Tim contacted me and gave me a few things (free of charge) to do before he had to come out. They did not work so he came out the next day and diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes. He came out the next day and replaced the broken parts. It is working great now! I will hire him for my ongoing maintenance.

I was impressed with how quickly every available service responded to my initial request. Quick Comfort just happened to be the first. I was thrilled to know the HVAC Tech could come the same day, roughly 1 and 1/2 hrs later. He arrived on time and identified the problem almost immediately and repaired it right away. The cost of the service was inline with what I had paid for other HVAC services. I would definitely utilize Quick Comfort again if needed in the future. Our A/C stopped cooling and I reached out to this company...the response was quick and he offered to come out (no cost estimate)...he was prompt and very accommodating. He told us what the issue was and even said if that didn't work, there would be no cost.
