- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very considerate about times, and prices. However, please. If you feel that the severity of the cleaning necessary is very deep, please consider the hard effort of our workers and pay us as you see fit for our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually arrive at the location needed to be cleaned, no introductions necessary unless desired, we simply ask any questions or preferences over the phone!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has a GED, and worked in sanitation prior to opening this business. From working in the sanitation industry, we have all been through chemical training so we know what chemicals to use where in your home.
