About
My business partner and I founded PureCleanSolutions two years ago in Nashville, TN, where we continue to operate today. After relocating to the Houston area, we decided to expand our company here. Our goal is to provide top-quality cleaning services that exceed client expectations. As a small business, we offer direct communication with us, the owners. My partner and I have been independently cleaning Homes/Airbnbs for the past two years and are highly experienced in the techniques and best practices required for Home/Airbnb property cleaning. The pricing listed for our services (based on scope, size, and frequency) is our final, best rate. We are committed to offering fair, competitive, and consistent pricing to everyone from the outset.

Kaleb and Maria were great! Kaleb was professional, prompt, and took the time to truly understand our needs before sending Maria to assist us. Maria was efficient, organized, and incredibly sweet. She cleaned and organized without needing constant direction, which made the entire experience stress-free and seamless. I would absolutely recommend their services and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

I recently hired this cleaning service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and thorough. They arrived on time, paid attention to detail, and left my home looking and smelling amazing. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their services so much I have a reoccurring appointment.

The 2 ladies are going a great job, but I requested someone who speaks English. I was told this would happen. We cannot understand each other. I have questions that are not getting answered. What to clean? How much is the cost? The younger girl speaks some English but not enough for us to really communicate.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand the importance of balancing quality and affordability. That's why Pure Clean Solutions works hard to offer highly competitive pricing while maintaining the highest standards of cleaning. For the most efficient and accurate quote, we always begin with an on-site property walk-through. This allows us to assess your needs directly and provide a 100% precise cost, eliminating any potential for surprise fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an on-site walk-through of your business or home, allowing us to provide the most competitive quote. Following the walk-through, you'll receive direct contact information for our owners, encouraging open communication. After our visit, we will promptly email you a formal quote, detailing all cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness of your property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With years of experience in commercial cleaning, and a successful branch already established in Nashville, TN, we bring proven expertise to every client. Our lead cleaner, Colin, possesses extensive experience and is responsible for comprehensive employee training, ensuring all team members consistently meet our high company standards
