- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We cater to small business and entrepreneurs; about half of the work comes from to small to mid-size companies. In some instances the customers cannot articulate what they need, all they know is that they need great photography based on looking at their competition or looking at portfolios, then there are some customers who need hand holding through the creative and production process. We are there every step of the way with friendly service to make the entire process easy; the end result is to deliver high quality images.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We know that doing great business is all about building great relationships. Listening to customers needs is the key to providing great images. We think follow up is critical in a service-based business. Our strengths are my professionalism with attention to detail and to provide exceptional service with a smile.
