Johnathan, arrived at our appointment time and was ready to go to work. He went above and beyond trying to fix my printer. He and I chatted and you could tell he is a person that is 100 invested in his job.
When he finished everything worked great and he even printed some of the schedules I needed and also we turned the printer off and back on to make sure it would work.
I would 100% recommend him for any computer or printer issues you may have.

I touched something on my computer I shouldn't have and the system shut down and I thought the computer was a goner. I reached out to Johnathan and, as luck would have it, he was available within an hour of my request.
Johnathan showed up in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional in manner and dress. I explained my problem and left Johnathan to his work. He was able to fix the issue within an hour. He explained what caused the problem, walked me through the setup, and made sure the system was working perfectly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat hourly rate for my services. After the first hour, I am also okay with charging by the half hour so that you're not paying for more time than you need. Jobs that are outside of a 30 minute drive of the Spring, TX area (77389 zip code) are subject to a 2 hour minimum charge; no other travel charges apply.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry a CompTIA A+ certification and have almost 2 years of experience on the help desk of the NASA region of my company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I built my first computer about 6 years ago and caught the bug.
