- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be reasonable and sometimes these issues take a while. I usually will discount after a certain period of time and finish the issue. I try to be fair and understanding to the problem that they are experiencing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Patience is the key to all resolutions. I try to walk them through the issue and get to the diagnosis of the problem. I am persistent and definitely want the issue resolved as much as they do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have associates of applied science that were turned into a bachelor's degree In information technology administration. I have multiple certifications and school knowledge to get the main issue of the user.
