So recently my computer (very expensive computer) stopped working. Every time I tried to turn on my computer, it kept loading into bios. I never even use bios because I’m not super knowledge in that, sadly. But I started to panic, I was just not having a good time. So I searched for help online, then I found Shawn. He called me first and always would answer texts and answer questions quickly. The way he helped fix my computer was very very professional. This guy knows what he’s doing. I was in shock. He fixed my pc and upgraded my operating system and set up my pc to work the best it can. He also taught me a little bit about windows 11 etc. As I also did not know much about computers, he did not get irritated at all my questions and he was very patient and always kept a very good vibe going. He was determined to help me get my pc back up and running. You can’t ask for better service. He fixed my pc and I am so happy. Thank you Shawn!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be reasonable and sometimes these issues take a while. I usually will discount after a certain period of time and finish the issue. I try to be fair and understanding to the problem that they are experiencing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Patience is the key to all resolutions. I try to walk them through the issue and get to the diagnosis of the problem. I am persistent and definitely want the issue resolved as much as they do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have associates of applied science that were turned into a bachelor's degree In information technology administration. I have multiple certifications and school knowledge to get the main issue of the user.
