What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the average market prices. However, we truly believe in a “win-win” deals when a customer receives well accomplished project and we, as a service provider, receive the adequate compensation for the work. That is how the free market works the best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A customer contacts us and briefly describes the project.
2. Our project manager meets the customer and takes the measurements of the project space if needed.
3. A customer gets a quote.
4. We sign a work contract and start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each member of our team has been in the construction business for several years, both, working on management side and performing some hand-on work themselves. We see that the real “on-site” experience is the best education. Besides that, we constantly educate ourselves through attending different construction events and following the innovations in the industry.
