Our computer crashed and We called Matt to help us. He was prompt With his response. He picked up our computer from our home and communicated several times with us during the diagnosis. We highly recommend Matt. He is very nice to work with and he had several options for us once we found out the problem.

My son is home from college for a few weeks. His laptop has not been responding well. Matt cleaned it, fixed it up and added software for him in one afternoon for a very reasonable fee. It is now ready for spring semester! He is also available remotely if my son has any more problem during the year. Awesome! We will definitely call Matt again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For onsite jobs its 150 for 2 hours any time after that is 50 dollars an hour For basic virus scans at home 90 dollars/Hardware 100 for labor + parts/Remote Service is 90 an hour. Anything else can be talked about at the time of sale.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have the customer bring over the computer or I go to them. Then i asset the problem come up with a fair quote and if both parties agree proceed to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of IT experience and currently working towards getting my A+ Cert.
