I work with a rescue dog that has had a bite case filed against him and was given Amy's name as one that can work with this type of behavior. She came out yesterday to see him and the other dogs in my home - training all of them together. She quickly identified the one dog as Fearful/Aggressive and Protective/Aggressive and then showed me how the behavior manifests, how to bring it out, how to address it. It was a fantastic session working with my group as a pack but still addressing each dog's needs. She will come back in a few weeks and see how well I have done continuing the work and working on a few more items. This was incredibly valuable and I look forward to gaining continued insight while working with Amy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My starting rate is $75 hour. Price is based on distance. A trip fee may be added. Prices subject to change without notice. Payment is cash or PayPal money transfer. No personal checks or credit cards. NO REFUNDS.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually read animal behavior journals, animal nutrition journals and the latest information about canine health. Every day is a new day to learn something for me.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start FURever Home and be a behavioral consultant because of my love for all animals, but, specifically, dogs. I want to help educate society about breed discrimination. I do this work because it's my small way of curbing the pet over population problem and animal cruelty/abandonment.
