- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We think that flat rate pricing is best for the customer, because before we begin the job the customer knows exactly the process of the repairs and how much it will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give a brief introduction about our company, walk them through the process of the repairs they need and present options for the repairs, we try to fit every budget and most importantly we provide superior customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mechanical engineer and certified as a Responsible Master Plumber in the State of Texas.
