- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are based on hours and materials. Being a veteran, I get a discount on materials, so we pass that savings on to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss immediate concerns and then ask pertinent questions to find out if there are deeper root problems. I always want to be very up front and discuss expectations before starting any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done tons of on-the-job training for electrical and plumbing. I’ve also got an MBA which helps with the project management side of all of our projects.
