Kevin was responsive, hard working and fair. In addition to replacing fluorescent lights in the kitchen he also replaced the 1980s dark interior doors with white panel doors. Changing the doors had a big impact on the space.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are based on hours and materials. Being a veteran, I get a discount on materials, so we pass that savings on to the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss immediate concerns and then ask pertinent questions to find out if there are deeper root problems. I always want to be very up front and discuss expectations before starting any project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done tons of on-the-job training for electrical and plumbing. I’ve also got an MBA which helps with the project management side of all of our projects.
