- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer upfront/straightforward pricing that will NOT increase regardless of the circumstances, also competitive pricing can offer adjustments with other "apples to apples" written quotes! Financing options are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within the service area, there is NO dispatch fees and we provide a preliminary investigation/walk through at no charge!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been licensed for the state of TX for 18 years. Beyond yearly continuing education, I've started schooling through P.C.D.I., I've attended electrical classes with I.E.C. for multiple electrical subjects, and taken and passed ALL required state exams.
