- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“At Wired-Tech Electrical, we believe in upfront and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We provide clear estimates before any work begins, and most of our services are offered at flat-rate pricing so customers know exactly what to expect. We also offer discounts for seniors, military personnel, and first responders when applicable. Diagnostic fees may apply depending on the visit, but these are explained in advance. Financing options may also be available for larger electrical projects.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“Our process is simple, professional, and focused on clear communication from start to finish. We begin by discussing the customer’s electrical needs and scheduling a convenient appointment. Once onsite, we perform a thorough inspection and explain the issue or project in detail. We then provide upfront pricing and options before any work begins. After approval, we complete the job safely, efficiently, and up to code while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Before leaving, we test everything, answer any questions, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“Our team has over 15 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, specializing in residential service, troubleshooting, panel upgrades, generators, surge protection, lighting, and code-compliant installations. We are licensed and trained to perform electrical work safely and according to current NEC standards and local codes. In addition to field experience, we stay up to date with ongoing industry training, new technologies, and safety practices to ensure we provide reliable, high-quality service to every customer.
