- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give you a clear price before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Current offers: EV charger installation starting at $599, electrical panel safety check from $149, water heater tune-up from $129, and $50 off any plumbing or electrical repair. We accept credit card, cash, check, and Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us what's going on and send a photo if you can — it helps us show up prepared with the right parts. We'll confirm the details, give you a price, and schedule a visit with an arrival window. On the day of the job we walk you through the work before we leave, so you know exactly what was done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our work is performed under Texas state licenses. Electrical: Electrical Contractor TECL #41661, issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Plumbing: Responsible Master Plumber RMP #47088, issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Both licenses require testing and documented field experience, and all electrical work is done to current code.
