Pricing is determined based on the property details and scope of service at the time of inspection. Any changes in service requirements, property conditions, or pest activity may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated prior to service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation and inspection to understand your needs, then create a customized service plan and schedule your initial treatment. After that, we provide ongoing service on a recurring basis to maintain protection, with free callbacks for any covered issues in between visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 10 years of hands-on industry experience, with a strong focus on commercial pest control operations. Our background includes holding a Certified Applicator (CA) license in Structural Pest Control, along with extensive experience servicing food-handling facilities and audit-driven environments where strict compliance and attention to detail are essential. In addition to field experience, we stay actively engaged in the industry by leading a professional network of pest control operators and hosting podcast interviews with top experts. This allows us to stay current on best practices, evolving regulations, and new advancements, ensuring we consistently deliver knowledgeable and up-to-date service.
