I was very happy that we were able to get the opener put up. They were delayed by another customer, but instead of cancelling, they asked if they could come late. I agreed and they came later- but totally completed my job professionally. They even stayed after hours to do so. Impressive commitment to a customer need - and I did have an urgent need due to sudden failure of my old opener. Great customer service and commitment to excellence! I reached out Sunday to a bunch of contractors to repair a broken garagedoor opener and Jose with Rivera GarageDoors contacted me within an hour! He gave me the best deal to not only replace that garagedoor opener, but also install a new opener on the other door. And got me on the schedule for the same week! When install day came his workers were very professional and shared a bunch of knowledge about my garagedoors. They completed the install within a couple of hours. They did run into an issue where the unit out of the box was defective, so they came back the next day to finish the job. I am thrilled with the work they did and would recommend them to others!

I actually had Mr Rivera for my repair. He reached out to me right away, and with some assistance from me with pictures of my issue, he arrived the next day with the needed parts and was quick to repair my garagedoor with out a whole lot of upsell.

Prices vary because of the difference in sizes of the doors which are in width and or height different manufactures styles or materials as well for automatic openers now service calls for the same reason also varies where some need new parts or different doors have different issues
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get all their needs and wants so we can be able to do the job they want as well as giving them advised/ideas if another way is better looking or/& cheaper but worth it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been installing doors since 2003 working as sub-contractors for the biggest garage door companies in Houston who some manufacturer their own doors and supply the biggest builders in Houston we have taken all that experience and knowledge with us to every job and never left a customer or those bosses upset or dissatisfied with our work never have been fired just moved on to bigger and better things
