If you want a contractor that shows up, does what he said he would do for the price he said he would do it, here’s your guy.
Andy has completed jobs for me ranging from roof repair, floor joist replacements, and whole house plumbing to replacing all of my windows, door, and siding. He even replaced my entire from porch including banisters and flag stone flooring. Great work, great price, and the guy has integrity - a contractor you can trust.

Did not have a crew, found guys off the street that didn’t know what they were doing. He “under budgeted” and then continued to ask for more money to purchase materials. He often didn’t show up or don’t show up until the afternoon. We gave him every opportunity, 2 weeks over the contracted time until we finally fired him, because he needed more money to complete the job when we’d already paid 80% of contracted price. 6 weeks into a garage conversion, we’d paid him 80% and he still hadn’t purchased floors, cabinets, toilet, vanity, or paint and couldn’t afford it without receiving more than the 80% already paid to him. The only reason I’m not giving a terrible rating is because he did seem like he knew what he was doing when he did show up and was respectful.
