The entire first floor of my house was flooded when a piped burst in my master bathroom. I needed to have all the carpet and baseboards replaces as well as the drywall patched in all the places where holes were drilled to air out the walls. Cory and his team were completely amazing with all the work they did. They put in new tile floors, painted all the walls (taking them from dark to light colors), replaced the baseboards. And the best part was they finished ahead of schedule! Cory and his team were honestly one of the best things to happen to me during this horrible situation!

We were very pleased with the job done by r3build on refurbishing our home. The quality and speed of the work was good, with the most impressive piece being the planning. Using some 3D modelling of the condo, the team was able to show us on a web conf what the suggested changes would look like - very helpful when you're busy or, like us, not living in the home at the time. Later we encountered some difficulties with the uneven concrete floor, and the r3build team offered a range of solutions. This was the same for all the minor obstacles we encountered - at each step, we felt they had us and our budgeyt in mind. Thoroughly recommended.

I love R3 Build. Cory and his team are the best. They recently remodeled my second floor bathroom. That was the only bathroom that needed to be updated after Harvey. My first floor looked so nice after that, I wanted my 2nd floor bathroom to look nice as well. And OMG they did a fabulous job!! Luis was the on-site manager and he was great!! All my daughter and I did was pick out the materials. They picked out a soaker tub that is so deep when I soak it is chest deep!! It works perfectly for our tight space. But it seems large!! We also have a very nice size linen closet right next to the bath tub in addition to the storage there in the center of the vanity. I love R3 Build and plan on using them again for future projects!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone coversation to get an overview of what the customers needs are, we schedule for an initial site visit. Once we conduct the site visit, measurements are taken and then the estimate is prepared. The typical turnaround on an estimate is 72 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a previously licensed adjuster (Texas All-Lines). I have been in the residential loss restoration and remodeling industry for 7 years now. I also have been IIRC certified and am Level 3 Xactimate certified.
