We were very pleased with the job done by r3build on refurbishing our home. The quality and speed of the work was good, with the most impressive piece being the planning. Using some 3D modelling of the condo, the team was able to show us on a web conf what the suggested changes would look like - very helpful when you're busy or, like us, not living in the home at the time. Later we encountered some difficulties with the uneven concrete floor, and the r3build team offered a range of solutions. This was the same for all the minor obstacles we encountered - at each step, we felt they had us and our budgeyt in mind. Thoroughly recommended.

We have used R3Build twice so far and we cant say enough good things about them. First time we used was when we flooded after Harvey. The rebuilt our our whole first floor fabulous work!!Second time, was just last week for a few boards of siding that needed to be replaced upstairs and downstairs. And we had our whole house painted. Fabulous job. The workers were polite, curtious, and respectful. We plan on using them again soon for our upstairs bathroom remodel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone coversation to get an overview of what the customers needs are, we schedule for an initial site visit. Once we conduct the site visit, measurements are taken and then the estimate is prepared. The typical turnaround on an estimate is 72 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a previously licensed adjuster (Texas All-Lines). I have been in the residential loss restoration and remodeling industry for 7 years now. I also have been IIRC certified and am Level 3 Xactimate certified.
