After interviewing 3 other GC’s in my area I knew when I met Hector he would be ultimately who I would choose. He listened, took notes and had the right attitude. We definitely hit it off and after considering all my options I chose RGM’s Construction. Not only for the reasons mentioned already but the value compared to the other companies RGM was way ahead of the competition when it came to competitive pricing. I was on a tight budget and had alot of checkboxes to fill in. I appreciate everything RGM did for me and my family at the end of the day they gave me and my family our dream home and it looks as good as any home you see remodeled on HGTV and to the highest quality standard. I am a very picky and a bit of a perfectionist so attention to detail was of the atmost importance and Hector and his team understood that and took it very serious from day 1. Naturally throughout this process which took approximately 7 weeks to complete me and Hector became great friends and I got to know him and his crew very well and they are all very great men who take their job serious and are very respectful. From my family to yours Hector - thank you and god bless. Style of design performed - Modern farmhouse Scope of work performed: *Alot of custom carpentry was peformed on this remodel*. Remove and replace carpet, tile and laminate floors from approximately 2k sq ft with new tile and vinyl wide plank floors. Also removed and replaced all base board and door trim. Remove and replace tile from 2 bathrooms with new tile(Floors&Shower) Install shiplap in Master bathroom. Remove 4 large windows in family room and replace with 12 ft x 8 ft sliding 4 panel glass door. Reinforced with 12ft header beam. Complete kitchen remodel included tearing down load bearing wall and installing 16 ft beam. Reconfigured plumbing and electrical to install 8 ft x 5 ft custom kitchen island with electrical outlets, dishwasher and sink as well as 3 pendant lights. Custom kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops and marble hexagon backsplash. Custom floating wood shelves and custom wood pendant hood vent built on site. Laundry room custom cabinets, bench and open concept storage above bench made of wood and custom painted to all match. Butcher block cut on site for bench top and washer/dryer top. Custom cabinet for washer/dryer also built on site. All new paint on ceilings, walls, doors, cabinets and trim with Sherwin Williams paint. The outcome was picture perfect and worth every penny. RGM did a fabulous job painting my home. They were always responsive to calls/messages and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were even able to finish the job sooner than planned. I will definitely be using them again.

I've dealt with lots of previous contractors because I had a house that flooded during Harvey. RGM exceeded all my expectations. Professional, courteous, and will communicate the process as he's during the work. I would definitely recommend their services. He fixed my ceiling and hang fan and TV. Wish u could see it in person. RGM’s contraction company did an awesome job painting my entire home. The pictures do no justice to the beautiful details. Had a company previously add crown moulding. I have difficult angles on ceiling and I didn’t realize how badly it was done. I which I would have had before and after pictures so you could see the level of professionalism used to correct all the work that was done before. I am no longer thinking about selling my home. It is simply beautiful. They don’t have enough stars to rate this company. They are detail oriented and professional.
