I hired these guys to frame out a room above my garage. It was a project I was expecting to take at least 2 or 3 days. George brought a small army of 5 guys and they were done by 1:00pm the same day they started. I was impressed. Good work, easy to work with and good value. UPDATE: Changing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. After completing the job I realized 2 of the 3 outlets did not work. I texted George and told him. He did not respond. I tried calling him and he did not answer phone. I felt a little disappointed that I didn’t even get a response. Yes, I am sure I am an inconveniences now….He had his money….he has no reason to get back with me now. ☹️

Don't pay these guys up front. They came out and did a ton of work for 1 day. Left my balcony half done and completely exposed to rain... of course it rained the next week, and I had to scramble quickly to figure out how to seal everywhere on my balcony myself, since these guys were MIA after day 1. They really left me high and dry, and stopped responding to any calls or messages by the end of the week. Also left all the demo from their work in my yard (which I had to move and haul to the dump myself, since the trash guys don't take Heavy Haul items in our neighborhood). Really this has been a nightmarish situation trying to secure someone else to take on the half-completed job, and never knowing if /when they might start communicating with me again has made everything take weeks and months longer. I would HIGHLY recommend using someone else for whatever your needs are. Looks like they never intended to finish, since they cut corners and didn't even use "like" materials for any of the repairs they actually attempted.
