Contracted Zena Construction for my bathroom remodel and it went amazingly. Great customer service and professionalism. Did everything they said they would. Broke down the job by steps and went through them with my wife and I. We knew what was going on every step of the way. New shower looks great!!

Initially consulted Zena construction for evaluation of possible excess moisture in wall and removal of termite damaged wood. They provided an estimate, but took a while to finally provide an additional estimate to paint the room another color that they had mentioned that they could also do when they initially came out for the estimate. We eventually had them come out to do the work, but communication was spotty at times and it wasn't clear what time they were going to come out and how many potential days the job might take. (Initially it sounded like it might take at least a week, then they said they might be able to do it in a day, but finally they completed the work over 3 days). At the end, I'm glad that we had the termite damaged wood replaced, but we never got a final answer for what might be causing the excess moisture in the area. We're left with wondering if they're going to have another individual to come out for a free estimate to check out our roof for a possible leak or if we might have an even bigger issue at hand causing excess moisture in the area. Overall, they did a reasonable job on removing our termite damaged wood, but still did not answer the initial reason that we had a general contractor come out which was what might be causing the excess moisture in the area that may have increased the likelihood for termite issue and subsequent wood damage.
