FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125 for the first 2 hours and that is a minimum charge per trip. for anything over 2 hours, I charge $50 per hour. This is flexible for bigger jobs that make take longer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I focus on being flexible and easy to work with for everyone, but especially with new customers. Like any relationship, building trust goes both ways and it is very important, especially for anyone working in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this kind of work since I was a child. My father flipped homes when he could and I was his helper. I am 53 years young now and literally have 40+ years experience. I have done everything from changing lightbulbs all the way up to project management for projects on military bases. I've built homes from the ground up and managed the building of a large county jail and Sherrifs office in central Texas. Outside of construction I was a customer service manager in the benefits administration industry for 13 years.
