- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each project to what I think the project is worth. I always try to work with the customer to get what they are wanting by offering other solutions if there are any to lower the costs. I’m here to discuss your options weather or not you choose me to get the project done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I want to make sure you are comfortable with a date and time to get the job done. Depending on the project I want to be there the same day you reach out if possible. Larger projects might be scheduled for the weekend where other small jobs can be fit in during the week. Agree on a fair price and get scheduled. You don’t pay until the project is finished to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self taught with commercial roofing and sheet metal background. Been working in this industry over 20 years. I know the ins and outs of vinyl like the back of my hand so things like hanging wallpaper is second nature to me. I learned everything I know by being hands on with the guys before me on countless different types of projects.
