Jon is awesome. In one day, he came in and knocked out everything on my to-do list. This included running electrical for new light switches and installing lights throughout the home along with bathroom fixtures and closet shelves. We were very pleased with the work and the turnaround time. He is such a quick thinker and highly capable. He is also knowledgeable about so many things - and has the skills to go with it. Jon is my go to guy now.

I really appreciated that Little Jon's worked on Sunday - honestly that's the main reason he won the bid. But once he arrived (good communication on when he would arrive, too!), he got to work and took care of installing three light fixtures and finding the issue with a canned light in a shower that would not light. And once he was there we added additional tasks for him to do and he was willing to stay as long as it took on a Sunday evening to get them done. Good work, good communicator, easy to talk with and a very good problem solver! We will definitely use him in the future.

We contacted Thumbtack and within 15 minutes was contacted by Jonathan. He was in the area on his way home and offered to stop by and take a look at what we had. He was able to solve our problem within the hour. He's very thorough , did an awesome job and was reasonably Priced.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my pricing is very reasonable for the experience that I carry for the advice that I give is all honest and I never make the customer to anything more than what they need to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically if it's a new customer we try and get to their situation as fast as possible and I try and solve their problems for the chaepest amount possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training is Hands-On in the field. Definitely a wide variety of experience I've picked up over the past 15 years.
