Mike from OTG was quick to respond, provide me an estimate and resolve the issue in short time. Work was well done, and the new valve installed works perfectly. Between requesting for service and solving the issue it was 3 hours. Great value. I recommend their service if you are in need of plumbing support.

I hired OTG to solve some electrical problems. The repair man worked hard to find the cause of the ceiling fan not working. He also worked on the lights on my stove hood. I will definitely use them again.
