- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a lead, we first qualify the prospect to make sure we’re a good fit for what they’re looking for, this is done on the phone or email communications. After we confirm we’re a good fit for the client, we schedule an in home consultation (Free in Spring) where we discover and learn your needs thoroughly and present a written estimate. Financing is available when needed. After a client has decided to go with us, there is a scope of work document that’s prepared by the project manager that details every step of the project and we get to work. Our goal as a company is to make it as simple as possible for you with no headaches and no surprises, we always try to delivery in time with the highest quality of craftsmanship. We love what we do and we ❤️ our customers!

Business degree, Project management certification and a lot of field experience
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started business in 2012 under Marvelous Granite, we have evolved significantly to provide better service for our clients as we always look for ways to serve you better.
