After a bad experience, Kay was a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, helpful and fast!!!! I had help on several other things around my house that weren't apart of the original job!! I have another project lined up already! Best contractor I've hired in years! I'm making referrals to friends immediately.

Kay did an odd job for us. And was very thorough. She inspected an unoccupied apartment did all requested items on the checklist, took pictures throughout, confirmed all TV's and WIFI worked. Will definitely use again when we have upcoming jobs in the area. :)
