Andrea has a great eye and creative mind for spaces! She used our large den area to create a formal dinning and sitting room. She made small suggestions that made a huge difference. Our home was transformed! As soon as the new pictures went up, we had a showing thee next day. I am confident her work will help us sell our home faster. "We live in our homes to suit our tastes - we stage them to sell to appeal to the widest audience possible and to achieve the highest price in the shortest period of time. " Get your house staged by Andrea and secure a sale! I was introduced to Andrea via my realtor Mark Fuller (at the Fuller Team at SWRE) at the time I was selling my house. I needed my house sold very quickly since I was relocating to the UK in 6 weeks (but I wasn't going to settle on any offer). On top of that I was travelling to Australia and Asia for 3 weeks during that time. The team was amazing. I met with Mark and signed the listing agreement the day before I left to Asia with exact dates of when the house would be available to be staged (given I wouldn't be in the country) and I literally came home to a new house (pictures shown). Andrea was amazing! It's like she read my mind. She and Mark came to look through the house while I was away. I didn't have to give them any instructions. They emailed me recommendations while I was in Asia where they combined both the existing pieces with her inventory and sent a staging agreement. A total investment cost was fair. The house was staged and listed the following week. During the staging process, Andrea was really good about taking care of my stuff - putting my existing pillows/sheets/comforter into vacuum bags and stored them neatly in the unused closets. She even brought paintings to hang up in my bedroom and living room which I wouldn't have thought of. She really transformed the house to become a display home - it was so pretty I didn't want to touch stuff to mess anything up. After she left, she even gave me some other tips (like white towels in the bathroom, hiding the Roomba, keeping all the blinds up to let the natural light in). Shortly after I received 2 offers on my house (from the open house inspection). The new buyers even commented in their offer that they loved the decor and wanted to buy her bar stools/chair in the bedroom. I never got a chance to meet Andrea between the time of listing to sale/close (not that I didn't want to). With the 3 weeks abroad and then coming back with a very busy schedule, everything was done either via e-mail or text which I loved. I put absolute trust and confidence in Andrea & Team to get things done and did not disappoint. Thank you for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
195 per 2 hrs consultation - free for realtors to walk a property for a base price of 2850-3350 depending on design starts at 2850 for 3 furnished rooms and 1 master bath and 1 kitchen countertops. All additional indoor spaces are $400-$600 and per furnished space and $800 per outdoor space. Read to stage? Call us today!
