Ben was professional from the start. He called me and discussed my goals with my two tv’s. Gave me an arrival time and showed up and reviewed everything with me and gave me a firm price. Hung both tv’s while hiding all wires and even had to move an electrical plug. Everything looks and works great. Highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always start off with an introduction, then ask the right qualifying questions to see what is the customer's perspective on what they're trying to accomplish on this particular project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in audio /video sales and installations since 1993. I was a manager at Fry's Electronics for 6 years. I was over the delivery and installation also.
