Calvin was great. He really understood what I was trying to accomplish and came up with a really good solution. Really knowledgeable too about a lot of existing and upcoming technologies. I started with several problems with dining room speakers not working and not being able to stream Spotify to the whole home audio system. Turns out there were builder mistakes, cut cables, etc. I was afraid I was going to need to replace a lot. Calvin was able to suggest a small amp for my living room, a home automation server and a Heos Link. It not only solved the problems I was having but leveraged what I had and it can do a lot more. This audio system is fantastic! I'm looking forward to working with him again for some home theater upgrades and other home automation projects in the future.

Unfortunately we do apologize,We simply explained to you that you where not in our service area. We advised that we would still make an exception for you, come out and look at your system but there would be a standard service charge. Your husbanded stated he knew what the problem was i explained to him I could not go by an assumption the only way to find the real issue is to come and go threw all the trouble shooting steps . Unfortunately that wasn't the result you where looking for and you hung up as I was explaing myself. I apologize on behalf of everyone, But there wasn't at any point I myself was rude .The issue was the price unfortunately and I understand but unfortunate our price is our price
