Sterling did the audio-visual equipment for our home theater. The experience was exceptional. Here are a few things I particularly appreciated: Value. It's common for any type of business to mark up parts. Whereas not only did Sterling not mark up, he passed on any discounts he got including a significant one on the JVC projector we selected. Install costs were very reasonable too. Responsiveness. Anytime we wanted him out to look at something with the theater or do more work, he came right by after a quick text or phone call. Knowledge. Sterling seems to know a ton about anything that comes up. There was a glitch in the audio and he immediately said what the possible problems were and trouble-shot it. He's not somebody who just knows how to install or setup when everything's going right. Whenever there's an obstacle to things working like they should, he works methodically until he's solved the issue. We've now had Sterling do the theater; put in 3 Sonos amps; a new speaker; garage door openers; Ring doorbell; and smart floodlights. If he has the availability for your project, he's definitely the person you want to hire.
