What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price listed on Thumbtack is a general guideline. I will provide an exact quote during the first appointment. The level of clutter and dirtiness can effect the price of the first clean. Feel free to reach out to me with any additional questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time to do a thorough consultation during the initial appointment. My goal is to understand the customers needs and expectations, and create a plan to accomplish those things. I generally do a deep clean if needed for the first clean, and then standard cleaning and upkeep subsequently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning industry for over 13 years. I worked for several years in a hospital cleaning the ER, surgery room, and other crucial areas. I have extensive experience cleaning both residential and commercial locations, and my crew and I currently clean for 23 clients.
