After reading the "glowing" positive reviews, I hired House Buddies for a deep cleaning only to be disappointed! After the cleaners had finished, I did a walk-through to point out NUMBEROUS areas that had been overlooked or required attention. Even after another hour of going over the areas, one of the cleaners informed me that they are hired students, not trained cleaners! I was also told that I have 24 hours after they leave to notify the company of any issues I find, and they will return to address them. So I did, and to date, no one has responded or contacted me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Shower was not even touched, ceiling fans not dusted and window sill not cleaned. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews or their "24-hour guarantee," as they will not honor them!! There are numerous cleaners who will compete for my business. I'm a career professional who believes in helping others, but I'm not going to give my money away for mediocre work!!

We apologize for your bad experience with us. The team did do a complete walkthrough and they fixed any issues that you pointed out before leaving. We always request the customer to sign off on the work upon completion which was done in this situation. We will take your feedback to better our service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates do not contain taxes added. We do everything by checklist, shall you request anything extra while the team is working that is not included in your service, they will let you know the add-on price. We offer discounts for reoccurring service. Cleaners have a one hour window to arrive to all locations
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer, we recommend a deep clean during the first visit as the first visit is usually the one that requires more work. Shall the customer choose a standard service during their first visit, the specialist will notify you what they will not be completing before the service has begun.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained professionals with most of our specialist having years of experience.
