everything went amazing, the bathrooms and especially the master bathroom was my main concern and i feared it would be kept like that til summer but now that everything is all clean i finally have room to organize and peace of mind, she also arrived on time and got the job done throughly, communication was also great!

Kip and Nelly did such a great job at deep cleaning our salon! It had been a year and a half since the salon was cleaned and they went through every part of it to make sure it was cleaned properly! My office recently hired KTT Express Cleaning, for a deep clean of our small office building, and we couldnt be more impressed. The team was punctual, professional, and came fully equipped to tackle everything. The office is 60 years old and hasnt had a deep clean in several years-They worked efficiently with minimal disruption to our workday and left the entire office sparkling clean. The difference was immediately noticeablefresh air, spotless surfaces, and a much more inviting work environment. Our 71 yr old manager suffers from severe allergies and he has enjoyed the relief from the dust and allergens. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to quality.We also hired them to clean the carpets. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that I clean for high profile people, so I understand we need privacy. We need safety. You don’t want people coming in your house and then having things missing. Where’s my wedding ring? Where is my diamond bracelet? They should know that I don’t cut corners. I’m on the phone the entire time with my cleaners making sure that every need is met. I don’t have any customers pay until they’re completely satisfied. I try to not just be a one time clean I try to earn your business and then coming to your house every two weeks or every month as a friend and already know your needs. You’re not just a name that pops up with my phone I get to know exactly what you need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really want to speak to the customer so I know all of their needs. There may be a huge house but they don’t use every room so they don’t need to be charged like they use every room I try to really see what their cleaning needs are instead of just rattling off prices to get money. I’d like to know exactly what the customer truly needs. Then if they need to do something remote, I asked them to send pictures if they want to have me come down there and look at the house I will or on the first cleaning I can have my lead cleaner. Tell me if there’s any areas that the customer didn’t touch on the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a nurse for 15+ years I know exactly how to sanitize I know how to clean I know what needs to be clean. I know what areas need to be touched. Even when the customer doesn’t tell me I make sure that my cleaners are touching everything even during Covid we did sanitation cleans. We went in there when people are over Covid, but they need help sanitizing their house. We have the full PPE if necessary.
