- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that the cost of living in the Bay Area is very high. Therefore, we want to make it affordable and work with your budget for you to keep your pad pristine. We also provide discounts for military veterans, students and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to introduce our team and what we are about to our customers that way they can feel confortable with us. Also, give them time to ask questions regarding our services. After that’s established then we can move on to our services: 1. Identified the size of the house and dates they need the house to be clean. 2. Identified their needs and what needs to be clean. 3. Identified what area of the house they want us to focus the most: kitchen, bathrooms, etc... 4. Have a checklist for every area of the house and do a walk through with customer before and after the cleaning is done. 5. Follow dates to clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First and foremost, we want to thanks our parents and give them them honor and praise for teaching us great family values the old fashion way, such as keeping our house in order and clean. They believed that those manners and habits keep our body and mind healthy. We believe that those simple but important teachings will always be engraved in our hearts, our household and generations to come. We can happily share them with your family as well. Second, I received a very intense Deep Cleaning training at the Hilton Hotel Union Square in SF for 10 years, where I learned top of the line cleaning techniques.
