Pricing depends on the property size, condition, service type, access, and cleaning frequency. Residential standard, deep, move-in, and move-out cleans have different scopes. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review your location, property size, cleaning needs, photos, and preferred dates. We confirm the scope and quote before scheduling. Residential and commercial jobs are planned separately, with the work tailored to your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning, including window cleaning, carpet extraction, and floor sanitation. We select equipment and cleaning methods for the surfaces and scope of each job.
