- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Faith By The Sea will always give you a guaranteed up front flat rate price. There are no surprises on the final bill!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our service process immediately starts with the dispatch! Once you contact us, we will offer our guaranteed flat rate, when you choose to move forward we will give you our soonest available time and simply ask for the service address. We will then let you know the name of your service technician and he or she will make sure they text/call you 30 minutes prior to service!
