James and his crew did a very nice job on my exterior house painting. They had to repair and change out a fair amount of wood, some of it because of rot and some because the wretched squirrels seem to love chewing it. James was here when his crew started to work and was here to check everything out when they were finishing up. He pays great attention to detail and was careful that everything was done to his and my satisfaction.

He did an exceptional job and paid attention to every detail when he refinished my cabinets I wanted them painted after the were originally stained but no texture from brush strokes - he was very through and they came out perfect I will definitely use gentle touch for all of my future house projects

James and the crew of Gental Touch did a great job painting my house. There were a few spots the guys missed while painting, but James made sure to send someone out to work on all the touch up areas I found. They kept the yard clean during and after the job, and even washed the windows to make sure there were no drips left behind. The only real issue was the quality of the paint could have been much better. But, that was my fault for buying Glidden paint to try and save a few dollars when I should have spent the money for Valspar or Sherwin Williams. I would definitely recommend Gentle Touch to anyone who needs a good painting job at a good price.

Above and beyond the original scope he quoted on but billed for the original amount. Arrived on time. Did Excellent work. Cleaned up after. No doubt who we will call next time.

James painted the living room and stairwell. It was very detailed work and very high work. James was always prompt, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend James for another project.

We price our services competitively to the current market and many times offer a discount for booking with us in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit a while to try and get a feel of the customer and listen to their specific needs or desires down to the finest detail and take good notes, do a walk through with customers to point out any specific requests, take those requests to work out different options and solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constant networking and research for new inovations on downtime.
