Matt was amazing! I’ve been trying to find a company to come out and fix my fence for a hot minute. Each one told me I had to wait WEEKS and pay crazy amounts of money. YALL, MY GATE WAS HANGING FOR DEAR LIFE. As soon and I contacted Matt he said he could be here the next day and gave me a fair quote. I wish I had found him sooner!!! My fence looks amazing and all it took was a new post and someone who knew what they were doing. He was on time, quick(yet efficient), and sup er kind! I’ll definitely be hiring him again!!! Outstanding customer service! Thank you, Matthew! Courteous, kind, and highly respectful, with the finishing touches of dedication and hardwork. For example, our contract was for powerwashing the place/grounds today. Matthew sent pictures of the staircase, and I didn't remember telling him to install a new stair case? He said that the power washing made it look new - and it did!!! The wood looks like fresh perky pine! Beautiful. Matthew is real people. My pricing is fair but mindful of the current market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a rapport with a customer is my first and main concern. I want my customers to trust me in the ability to serve them and get their projects completed. It is also a goal of mine to obtain repeat business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I posses a Bachelors-Degree Criminal Justice and have been working in Construction for the last 10 years.
