Brian installed a new exterior light on my front porch. He was punctual and completed the task in a reasonable amount of time. He also cleaned up after himself, which is a problem I've experienced with other handymen.

Initially I was not going to leave a review, however, I think it's important for customers to be fully aware of good and bad experiences with vendors. Brian started off very reliable and prompt. Work was quality. However, he slowly began to decline in his professionalism, responsiveness and reliability. He rescheduled appointments at last minute several times due to random various personal issues; gave several excuses that a customer truly should not hear about; and lastly left unfinished work and refused to return customer phone calls. The worst part is he scheduled an appointment for 9:30am, then moved it to 12 noon, then moved it to 4p with a promise that he will finish his work. The entire day passed and he never came and left my home with unfinished work. I believe he never intended to complete the work. Use his services at your own risk.
