- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Client's needs are different from one another, it is always best to listen to their needs and provide a plan of action based on those needs. I always like to visit the site prior to give a quote (Whenever possible) that way I have a sense of what the work will entail and my client will have a more accurate quote rather than a price range. If I tell you a price, I like to keep it. MY word means more than anything else...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call to set up appointment, visit facility in order to have an idea of what customer wants, listen to what they need and what they want to have accomplished, develop a plan of action and provide the service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Check for new trends in the field. Cleaning Products that bring and make your facility look always at its best.
