After 8years of working exclusively in a studio, I branched out to freelance and offer additional client services in the privacy of your home, or my home studio. I have been a professional makeup artist since 2010 in the most exclusive venues in Houston and have worked on everyone from newscasters, models to Presidential families. Every bride receives a trial session in their quote. My approach is enhancing beautiful faces, creating looks that will be timeless in photos, although it's fun breaking out into a dramatic look for that special occasion. My signature work is fresh and flawless. With my home base in The Woodlands, TX, I’m the go-to makeup artist for all parties, events, weddings and makeovers. When you think makeup, think Jen Makeup. I offer makeup for all sorts of occasions and use only the BEST quality products on your skin, including waterproof airbrush foundation so you look flawless all night long.
Nothing makes my heart happier than to see a client's face light up after applying makeup correctly. I love smooth flawless skin, eyes that are well-defined and the correct shade of lipstick that flatters the face and reveals the true beauty that we all share.

jen is the best makeup artist you’ll ever find. she worked with me before my event to make sure i got exactly what i wanted, she was early, and most importantly she created the most beautiful makeup look i’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m OBSESSED. i honestly can’t find enough words to express how amazing she is. she’s one of the sweetest people i know and her quality of work is UNMATCHED. you will NOT be disappointed.

Jennifer was amazing! From the beginning of 2020 when I first met Jen she had been wonderful. She was very accommodating when I needed to change my wedding date from April 2020 to then October 2020 to finally April 2021. She was very understanding. Makeup artistry- was great!!! She was helpful when I needed ideas on looks She gave me wonderful examples and the trial run was beautiful. She did the whole look and took her time. She never made me feel rushed or like I was acting for too much. I couldn't recommend her enough!!!

Jen is such an amazing artist and I hired her for my bridal portraits and my wedding makeup. I could not believe how stunning and natural she made me look. She is a true artist in her craft and is more than reasonably priced.
If you are looking for someone to do your wedding makeup, makeup for a photoshoot or anything else - you MUST HIRE JEN! She will take care of you. As a hairstylist myself, she will be my number one makeup artist I recommend in Houston and nearby places.
