In working with couples, my goal is to help you create a richer, more enjoyable connection than you may currently think is possible. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which has a 75% success rate with couples. I also use EFT to help families strengthen their connections to each other. It is within our closest relationships that needs for being loved, receiving comfort, security, and companionship are met. Helping couples to strengthen their connection to each other has proven to me that the power of close relationships, including adult romantic love and marriage, can heal even deep emotional wounds. I use a variety of therapy types to assist Individuals, Couples, and Families with reducing suffering and obtaining greater happiness in their lives and relationships. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients learn more about their experiences related to Anxiety, Depression, or Addictions. I support clients with exploring what truly matters to them and with taking action to achieve their goals!
