Repaired broken welds on door frame on farrier service body mounted on pickup truck . He also added cross rails and gussets to relief the stress to keep it from reappearing . Anthony does nice clean work and stands behind his work .

I had a lug nut on my car that was damaged to the point where it was nothing left to the head of the lug. Between the 3 stooges...my tire shop, car dealer, and third party mechanic (recommended by the tire shop) they did a fantastic job of wasting my time. The mechanic was recommending that he cut the rim/hub off and replace it....Really!! Are you serious? I'm glad I found QualiTig on Thumbtack because he saved me from this Total nightmare! Anthony came prepared and needless to say didn't take him long to weld a T bar on my lug and remove it for me. These guys are Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Great experience all away around....The BEST Customer Service! They have my resounding endorsement...BTW After Anthony was finished... I called two of the stooges...the tire shop/mechanic and told them that they really should send customer's in the same situation I found myself in to QualiTig. It's no doubt that will call Anthony anytime I need his services....Thanks again for helping me out.

I was VERY skeptical on using thumbtack to hire a welder to mount a custom battery rack to my 2016 Polaris Slingshot SL LE. QualiTig had zero reviews but he replied promptly with a fair offer and I decided to give them a try. Anthony showed up exactly when he was supposed to and first impression was great. He was in uniform and his equipment was top of the line and I was greeted with a handshake. He made sure he understood exactly the way I wanted my fabrication mounted. Before he moved on to the next task he ask for my approval. Anthony at QualiTig is top notch and I will use and refer him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125/hr plus materials, 2 hour minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project in detail — what you need, your timeline, and your budget. From there, we provide a free on-site assessment to evaluate the scope of work. Once we agree on the plan, we get to work using certified welding techniques tailored to your specific materials and requirements. We keep you informed throughout the project and don't consider the job done until you're fully satisfied with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in Phoenix, AZ through an ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 registered company certification program. Certifications include GTAW via Nadcap PRI (Performance Review Institute): GTAW commercial, all GTAW AWS D1.1 steels, GTAW AWS D1.2 alloys (aluminum), GTAW AWS D1.6 stainless steel, and GTAW AWS D17.1 (carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy groups), in positions 1F, 2F, 3F, 4F, 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G. Weld quality third-party tested by Western Technologies Inc., with all radiography results rated acceptable. Also experienced with SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and SAW.
