Platinum really assisted me with water damage in my residence. There were other contractors turning down my job due to it being a small job but platinum really made me feel right at home, acted with integrity, and were very punctual with their timelines. I will only be using them for all my home needs due to their strong customer service!

PEG was a godsend to me during the February freeze they where the only contractor that kept their promise to me of the wait list. They kept me informed and in the loop as I wasn’t staying in the home. They made the process very easy for me and even worked with my adjuster to adjust his scope of work as it was missing lots of work needed. Once work was completed they did a walk through with me to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. They are the only honest and dependable contractor I have ever come across. I sent photos of the type of work that I needed done. Three ladies came to my house and took their own photos and video. They advised that they would email an estimate two days later. I contacted them regarding the estimate and haven’t heard anything. This is horrible service.
