I had to run to these reviews and thank Cortez and Gio for helping me move. I called Cortez at 430pm on a Saturday needing a same day move. He moved mountains for me and made it happen. Cortez brought in Gio to help with my request and they were there within 1 hour of me calling if not faster!!!. As soon as they showed up they went to work. They were professional , efficient(they moved things in no time at all made it looks so.easy), super helpful ( if they saw something they could move and offered their help and they showed compassion( they helped me move last minute and did not leave until they knew I was taken care of. ) BEST PART!!! Cortez was super affordable and fast!!! At then end of the transaction i felt so satisfied with my service i felt compelled to give more because i was so happy and grateful. As a consumer you want to feel exactly like this when you spend your money!!! Cortez thanks again for showing up for me. If you need anything moved give these guys a call if will be the best thing you ever do for yourself on moving day.

I found MoveSmart on Thumbtack as I was moving my daughter into her new place 3 hours from home. I was put into contact with Cortez, who helped me with a 2 man, 2 hour crew to unload a 20ft U-Haul truck. The 2 man crew showed up on time, (actually early) and moved her belongings up 3 flights of stairs on a scorching hot day, with little to no breaks. It was a very successful 2 hour job. I highly recommended Cortez and the guys from MoveSmart to help in any of your future moves.

These movers were extremely professional and hands down the best I’ve worked with! They helped me move out of a 3rd-floor townhouse, which was a big hassle, but they handled it smoothly. All 6 of my TVs made it to the new house in perfect condition.

We are honest and transparent with our customers. We charge an hourly rate. The hourly rate includes the truck, professional movers, and all the supplies and equipment needed to complete the job safely and effectively. No hidden fees or surcharges at the end!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially message the potential customer and then if the phone number has been provided, we will make contact with the customer and give a courtesy call to follow up and answer and address any question or concerns the customer haves.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Move Smart has over 10 years in customer sales, as well as 10 years experience in the professional moving industry!
