- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are honest and transparent with our customers. We charge an hourly rate. The hourly rate includes the truck, professional movers, and all the supplies and equipment needed to complete the job safely and effectively. No hidden fees or surcharges at the end!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially message the potential customer and then if the phone number has been provided, we will make contact with the customer and give a courtesy call to follow up and answer and address any question or concerns the customer haves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Move Smart has over 10 years in customer sales, as well as 10 years experience in the professional moving industry!
